3. DIY EARLY! If you are on a budget and you know you will have to do somethings on your own to make ends meet start early! You do not want to be out shopping and up making things the night before the event!
4. Keep it simple! Some of the most beautiful and elegant events have the simplest decor. Stick with your theme or color scheme, but be careful not to go too overboard.
