For some of us, an adult only wedding is not an option or something desired. Kids definitely add an element of cuteness to any event. The best way to make sure that they stay cute and not annoying is to plan in advance to keep them busy. We have collected three ways to entertain your youngest wedding guests.
1. Create a kids table
Have the kids seated (near their parents of course) at a table design specifically for them. Stock the table with crayons and paper and table friendly toys. Assign a teenage relative to be the chaperone for the table.
2. Kids Play Area
A cute little kids play area off to the side of the room or more preferably in a completely separate room with a few babysitters and snacks would be ideal. Parents can enjoy themselves and relax knowing that their kids are also having fun nearby.
3. Give them a job
If you only have a few kids, consider giving them a task to keep them busy during the ceremony or reception. Have them pass things out at the reception or participate in a special dance.
