- How big is your guest list? Can the venue comfortably hold your guests?
- What is the rental fee and what is included in the price? Are there discounts for weddings booked in the off season?
- Will you be able to have both your ceremony and reception there?
- Do they have a back up plan for inclement weather?
- Is there an outdoor space for mingling? Such as an outdoor bar?
- Is there an extra charge for an outside caterer?
- Do they provide table linens, centerpieces, silverware, glassware, etc?
- Is there complimentary parking onsite? If not, how much would costs for my guests to park? Is that a cost that you are willing to cover for your guests?
- How many restrooms are there? Are they clean and easily accessible?
- Does the venue provide an event manager? Can they work with your wedding planner?
